Ordering and Delivery

How To Use Our Website & Order Your CBD.

Please read our Beginners Guide to CBD to learn more about our company, and the products we have chosen to sell.

Navigating through the various product categories or brands simply select your chosen product and decide if you would like to make a one-off purchase, or subscribe.

Add the chosen items to your cart and either continue shopping or click the basket in the top right hand corner to checkout.

If you are a new customer, please select continue to register for an account. Please following the requested steps until you reach the payment page.

If you are a returning customer, simply enter your email and password and select Login.

Please select your preferred payment method, and select continue. You will be prompted to enter your payment details and the next step.

Once your order has been confirmed and payment taken you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and invoice.


Orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.

Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the following day via via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.

Please note, we do not ship and / or deliver on weekends. Any orders placed Friday after 2pm, or the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, depending on location.


Returns are accepted within 14 days or receipt. In order to receive a full refund items must be returned in their original packaging, tags intact and unopened.

To process a return, please email [email protected] telling us your name, order reference and reason for return.

One of our team members will reply to you within 48 hours, and provide you with a returns authorisation number and address to send your item back to us.

When packaging your item please include your original invoice / order confirmation and returns number.

Please note: Returns are responsibility of the customer, so please ensure that you use a reliable courier that provides a tracking number.

Once we receive your return, this will be processed back into our warehouse, and your refund processed.
